All of our coaches are highly qualified and can tailor our programming to suit every fitness level and ability, to ensure continued growth for all our members.
BETH HARPLEY
FOUNDER, COACH
You’ll probably hear her distinctive laugh before you see her…
Born and raised in Temora, Beth has always dreamed of owning and operating her own fitness studio. Pursuing a career in sport and fitness, Beth graduated with a Bachelor of Sports Coaching and Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Human Nutrition from the University of Canberra in 2014. She worked for many prominent sporting organisations, gaining a wealth of experience in high performance, coaching and education.
Spending two summers in Pennsylvania, USA, Beth coached children of all ages at a sports summer camp. After disrupted plans to return in 2020, she remained working full time in Temora and began taking her personal training business to the next level.
Since then, Beth has built a loyal client base, working in gyms in Temora and Wagga Wagga. After the birth of her son Jax, she continued to provide online coaching to many clients across the Riverina and beyond.
Beth is passionate about strength training and provides a holistic approach to health, working with her clients to educate them on lifestyle changes, nutrition and exercise, and how all three should be prioritised in order to reach your health and fitness goals. She loves seeing her clients succeed and can’t wait to bring her training style and industry experience to the Temora community.

KATE BRUCE
COACH

Kate (better known as KB) is a qualified personal trainer and secondary PDHPE teacher who hails from Tamworth, NSW. She is passionate about health and fitness and is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to group fitness classes.
With a large sporting background, Kate has played in and coached many team sports, such as touch football, at both regional and state level.
Outside the gym, you’ll find Kate playing touch footy, league tag for the Dragonettes, or running around - literally - with the Temora Run Crew, which she started in 2022 as a way to connect with like-minded people who enjoy running.

JULIE MILLS
COACH
If you have been lucky enough to be apart of one of Julie’s classes, you will know they certainly do pack a punch. Julie has been coaching group fitness for more than a decade, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Hustle Fitness, and we are stoked to have her on board.
Born and bred on her family farm, fitness has always been of high interest to Julie. Loving the outside physical work, this led her to functional fitness, and she turned her passion into study in 2010.
Since then, she has worked in the fitness industry teaching group active classes, pump, core, bootcamps, kettlebell, TRX, circuits, and boxing
Her favourite thing about coaching is how rewarding it is helping people gain confidence and achieve their fitness goals.
Julie lives by the words, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you,” and we believe this motto is the perfect fit at Hustle Fitness.
BEC WILESMITH
COACH
A very familiar face within the Hustle community, Bec has been with us and next to you guys in classes since day 1.
Bec has over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, and a continuous passion for anything movement or health related. She brings a wealth of knowledge to our coaching team, having completed certifications in Pre and Post Natal coaching, Kettlebell Training, TRX, Crossfit, Yoga teaching, plus many more. Bec is also a Nutritional Coach, and loves to guide others to feeling their best and strongest self, and living an energetic and fufilled life.
Bec is a loving partner and mum to 6 energetic kids, who definitely keep her on her toes! Being the youngest of 6 herself, she believes that her desire to study and coach others to lead a healthy lifestyle stems from both her Mum and Dad valuing their own health highly.
Outside of the gym, Bec is a part of the School Learning Support team at Temora Public School and absolutely loves the work she does. She also loves being out in her veggie garden in her “spare” time.
LISA STACEY
COACH
Born and raised in Temora, Lisa has always had a passion for fitness and helping others lead healthier lives. She began her career in the fitness industry at a young age, driven by a desire to make a difference in people’s lives through exercise and nutrition.
Now, with nearly 15 years of experience as a qualified personal trainer, Lisa is also an Advanced Diploma holder in Nutritional Medicine. Her extensive background in both areas allows her to provide well-rounded guidance to clients, ensuring they achieve their goals through both effective training and proper nutrition.
In addition to her career, Lisa is a proud stay-at-home mum of three, balancing family life with her love for the gym, CrossFit, and cooking healthy meals. She finds joy in seeing her clients transform their lives, both physically and mentally, and is deeply passionate about shifting perceptions of food and exercise.
Her ultimate goal is to help people embrace their bodies, love themselves unconditionally, and cultivate a balanced, sustainable approach to health and fitness.
