TIMETABLE

  • Our BUILD classes are focused on learning correct and efficient lifting technique to maximise strength gains and develop certain muscle groups.

    These 60 minute classes follow a 3 day split, with 1 lower body session, 1 upper body session and 1 full body session.

  • Our SHRED classes provide a high intensity, full body burn, that is guaranteed to get the heart rate up and leave you sweating.

    These 60 minute classes are designed to supplement our strength program, by increasing cardiovascular fitness and challenging you in a fun and motivating environment.

  • Our Hybrid sessions are a combination of both strength training and HIIT. In this 1 hour session, spend the first half developing overall muscular strength and working on key lifts, and the second half of the class raising the heart rate and getting sweaty with a spicy HIIT session. What a way to start the weekend!
